What is Digital Devlet?

And for that matter, what is a Devlet anyways? Basically it is a Turkish word for state, so what we are really saying is digital state. The state of the world, the state in which we live in, all that. It was also the only half decent domain name that we could buy at super short notice (thanks Andy!) 

So we are here to solve all your problems of what phone to buy, if you should splash out on that new computer, or why whenever you type the internet adds in that funny dash thing…
